Woven patches are made on a jacquard loom, the same kind of machine used for brand labels inside your clothes. Instead of stitching thread on top of fabric like embroidery, the loom weaves very fine polyester threads together to form the design and the patch base at the same time.
Since the threads are much thinner than embroidery thread, the loom can pack in far more detail. Small lettering, thin outlines and intricate logos come out clean and readable. The patch itself is flat, light and flexible, so it sits comfortably on caps, shirts and performance wear.

Yes. Wash the garment inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle, and air dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach. Peel-and-stick patches are not meant for washing.
